These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gibraltar Bat website and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Gibraltar Bat is a wood baseball bat company based in Texas, USA. We can be reached at support@gibraltarbat.com.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it in a way that could damage or impair its availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
We offer handcrafted wood baseball bats made from birch, ash, and maple. All bats are made to order or from stock inventory. Product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our 30-day guarantee is the sole warranty offered by Gibraltar Bat and applies only under the conditions described in the Returns & Refunds section above.
Products purchased from Gibraltar Bat are intended for personal or team use. Resale of our products without prior written authorization from Gibraltar Bat is not permitted.
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged. Pricing errors, if any, will be communicated to you before your order is fulfilled, and you will have the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on this website at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. This includes errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications.
Orders involving large quantities may qualify for discounted pricing. These arrangements are handled individually and must be agreed upon in writing via email before an order is placed. Standard pricing applies to all orders unless a discount has been confirmed in writing by Gibraltar Bat.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us. We are not responsible for orders that do not go through due to technical issues, payment failures, or other errors.
Stock orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us promptly at support@gibraltarbat.com. Orders for custom bats may not be canceled once production has begun. If you are unsure whether production has started, contact us as soon as possible.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. Gibraltar Bat does not store or have access to your card details.
We ship within the United States and internationally. Stock bats ship within 2 business days of order confirmation. Custom bats ship within 2 weeks of order confirmation. International orders may take longer depending on the destination and customs processing.
Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided in your order.
Gibraltar Bat is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, seized, or damaged during international transit after the shipment has been transferred to the carrier. International customers are encouraged to contact their local customs authority for any inquiries regarding held or delayed packages.
Gibraltar Bat offers a 30-day guarantee on all stock bats. If your stock bat breaks within 30 days of delivery under normal baseball use, we will replace it or refund your purchase. The 30-day window begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
What is covered: stock bats (Standard, Torpedo, and Fungo) that crack or break during normal, intended baseball use within 30 days of delivery.
"Normal baseball use" means swinging the bat to hit a baseball in batting practice, games, or standard training. It does not include: hitting softballs, tennis balls, or any object other than a baseball; using the bat as a tool or weapon; striking it against the ground, a fence, or any hard surface; or any other use outside of its intended purpose as a baseball bat.
What is not covered: damage from misuse or abuse (including but not limited to striking the bat against the ground, using it for purposes other than hitting a baseball, or intentional damage), normal wear such as surface scratches or paint chips, bats returned after 30 days, and bats purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Custom bats are final sale and are not covered by the 30-day guarantee. Custom bats may only be returned in the case of a manufacturing defect that renders the bat unusable.
Any defect must be reported within the applicable window to be eligible for return or replacement: within 7 days of delivery for custom orders, and within 30 days of delivery for all other orders. Claims reported outside these windows are no longer eligible for return or refund.
All claims must be initiated by contacting us at support@gibraltarbat.com. No return or replacement will be processed without prior email contact — do not send a bat back without hearing from us first. When filing a claim, include your name, order information, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. Full details are available in our Refund & Return Policy.
Custom bats — including bats with custom engravings, finishes, or non-standard specifications — are made to your exact request. Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of a manufacturing defect that renders the bat unusable. Any such defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and the 3D bat configurator — is the property of Gibraltar Bat. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Baseball activities involve inherent risks of injury. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of wood baseball bats, including the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death. Gibraltar Bat shall not be liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, improper use, or the ordinary risks associated with participation in baseball or related activities.
Gibraltar Bat's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Baseball bats are sports equipment — they are subject to normal wear and are not warranted against breakage beyond the terms stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
Gibraltar Bat shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply shortages, labor disputes, carrier delays, governmental actions, or internet outages. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and fulfill your order as soon as possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from a purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gibraltar Bat regarding your use of this website and the purchase of our products. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
