We stand behind every bat we build. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read this policy carefully so you understand what is and isn't covered.
The 30-day window begins on the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
"Normal baseball use" means swinging the bat to hit a baseball in batting practice, games, or standard training.
It does not include:
If your claim is approved, Gibraltar Bat will cover the cost of return shipping. We will email you a prepaid shipping label. Please do not send a bat back without first contacting us to initiate a claim — unrequested returns cannot be guaranteed to be processed.
To start a return or exchange, email us at support@gibraltarbat.com with the following:
We will respond within 24 hours. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a prepaid return label and process your replacement or refund promptly.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we will ship a replacement bat of equal value at no additional charge once the returned bat is received and inspected.
Orders involving large quantities may be eligible for discounted pricing. Please contact us directly at support@gibraltarbat.com before placing a large order to discuss pricing and terms. Wholesale and bulk order terms are handled on a case-by-case basis and may differ from the standard policy above.
